1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits

tc7771 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The available methods displayed in your account at the time of deposit are the currently active options.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• tc7771 does not charge deposit fees on the platform side. Fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are separate and outside tc7771's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Most deposit methods process instantly — if a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods registered in your name. tc7771 does not send withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This involves confirming your identity with a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal processing targets are 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• VIP tier members at Gold level and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Diamond and Elite members have same-day processing targets.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games like Baccarat and Blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each bonus are specified in its individual terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from the account.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, tc7771 reserves the right to void outstanding bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals that relate to fraudulent activity, and retain funds where legally permissible.
